Let’s not complicate the process of choosing your wedding music. Chances are if you’re looking at this page, you’ve already made dozens of decisions about everything from flower arrangements to hors d’oeurves to who has to monitor Uncle Charlie’s wine intake. Relax. Take a load off.
Below are two lists of ceremony pieces. I’ve recorded a brief demonstration for each piece listed, intentionally leaving the recordings unedited so you get a realistic idea of what you can expect to hear at your ceremony. The first list contains traditional wedding pieces. If you just want conventional wedding music or your venue requires sacred music only, start there. The second list contains examples of non-traditional pieces that I have arranged and played at other weddings at the request of various brides and grooms. I’ve also listed the part(s) of the ceremony each piece would work well with, though they are certainly interchangeable.
Finally, please note that I do take requests! If you and your spouse-to-be have a specific song that you’d like played at your ceremony, I can (with few exceptions) make it happen.
